Interlibrary Loan Renewal Request Form
Please use this form to renew your interlibrary loan materials. All requests for renewal must be placed prior to the item's due date. Items cannot be renewed once they are overdue. Renewals are granted by the lending institution and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Items that have not been returned or renewed by the due date will be subject to overdue fees ($1/day) and possible lost/replacement charges by the lending library. Please check with Interlibrary Loan at ill@minotstateu.edu or 701-858-3868 if you have any questions.
